No time to get in a good workout at lunch?
Forget that excuse… Pilates Express is 30-minutes of non-stop movement that combines full body strength work with stretching.
All levels of fitness are welcome, be prepared to move for the full 30 minutes. Return to work or the rest of your day feeling renewed, refreshed and ready to go!
All classes at the District Wellness Group are offered in small group format to maximize comfort and personal instruction time. Beginners are always welcome. If you are interested in one of our classes, please contact the instructor directly to find out more information regarding start dates and class openings.

Christine Ruppert teaches a Yoga Class that follows the Iyengar tradition. Emphasis is given to alignment and precision in postures, along with attention to the breath and optimal relaxation throughout the class.
Wednesdays from 6:30pm to 8:00pm
